EDUCATING OUR CUSTOMERS FOR SUCCESS
We think it is essential to the success of our business that we educate our customers throughout the mortgage loan process. Mortgage lending is a complicated business, and we don’t expect that you’ll want to know about all the ins and outs of wholesale lending. But we do want you to feel comfortable with your level of knowledge of your transaction. Our loan officers are here to see your mortgage loan through to completion and we encourage you to work closely with them. Remember that we can’t close your loan without your involvement in the process.
